I had the chance to learn the practice of Raja Yoga, or abstract meditation towards direct realisation of the supreme, with the Swami here shown.
The extract represent a fraction of the actual recorded material amounting to eight hours. I have edited a longer one but still haven't processed it towards an e-video friendly format.
